Animation Fest & Plympton events

1)  Pat Smith and Bill Plympton Present:  "Festival of DRAWN Animation"!
    Are you feeling like a robot after watching too many digital films? Want to see some animation that was actually created by a HAND? Imagine that! A Selection of    
    Drawn Animation AUGUST 14th at the Nitehawk Cinema in Williamsburg (136 Metropolitan Ave). Drinks start at 7pm, screening at 8:30.

2)  A Night with Bill Plympton at the Big Screen Plaza
    Please join us Monday, August 22nd at 7PM for an outdoor screening of the works of Bill Plympton, past and present.  Bill will be debuting a summer-themed short,  
   "Summer Bummer", as well as a new music video for Weird Al Yankovic!  Bill will present each film, following the shorts with his classic feature, "The Tune". 
    Generously hosted by our neighbors, The Big Screen Plaza, the work will screen in a 10,000-sq ft. plaza on a cutting-edge 30x15 ft LED screen.  Admission is FREE,
    and seating is first come, first serve.  Not to worry, though, there will be plenty of room for blankets for your movie-night picnic.
